Ah, C'est la vie.

I have so much going on right now, but I want to take a moment to post.

I'm trying to be a responsible adult and juggle my jobs and paying bills. I also want to start yoga. I'm thinking Tuesday/Thursday/Saturday mornings.

Jes and I are looking for a new apartment. The place that I'd like to check out is significantly more than we pay now so I'm also anticipating having to budget better in order to afford it. I'm going to look at the modern 1-br house tomorrow; it's Uptown about 7 blocks from where I work actually. But, I'm trying to to get my hopes up because, as I've already stated, it's significantly higher than we pay now. It's just that I'll find something that's reasonable, but then there's not pets allowed, or a $500 pet fee. Not a deposit like the posting says, but a nonrefundable fee! Thanks, American Can Company and the current building we're in. $500 for Saki. Anyhow, I have one more article to write for the spring issue; not going so well because of the dirth of information, and plenty of homework.
I also have a lot of babysitting jobs coming up (which is great), but I have a lot to do all at once.

Ahh, to bed now. It's 1! On the bright side, this weekend was spent in laziness and relatively relaxing. Jes picked out a wonderful French movie, which has now become one of my favorites. It's Les Poupées russes (Russian Dolls), and it's the sequel to L'auberge espagnole (The Spanish Apartment). Did I mention how much I'm loving French class? Je suis terible, but I love it!
